Job Description

A professional with an understanding of constructions works, project planning and control.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have Technical Knowledge of construction/building projects (Architecture / Civil / MEP) works.
  • Have basis understanding of tender and construction drawings.
  • Elementary understanding of construction methodology, sequence and execution.
  • Having Knowledge of Cost, Time and Quality Control application in project and construction management.
  • Have familiarity of interim payments for Consultants and Contractors process.
  • Basis understanding of the Client organization and identify contractual roles of participants at the project level.
  • Perform any other work assigned by the Management.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skill
