  • Master’s Degree in business, finance, project management or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience with HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Knowledgeable on Punjab government regulations on procurement and PPPs. Experience in PPPs and construction project finance required.
