Job Description

Good knowledge of documentation and data archiving. Should be able to work independently as well as in team. Should have a good knowledge of the usage of computer / web surfing/ IT tools and (MS Word, Excel, Project etc. are desired. Government officers/officials can apply through proper channel. Salary / additional charge / allowances will be admissible as per rules notified by the Finance Department / Government’s policies prevailing at time. The job description for this post is:

  • Should maintain archive of technical documents like blueprints project plans and reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for documents and other relevant material regarding project.
  • Should ensure that accurate information and document is available throughout project life on time, to the people who need it.
  • Sort and store electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Performs miscellaneous job?related duties as assigned.
