Job Description

  • Assessing, hedging and monitoring risk related to systems and controls in organization.
  • Making SOPs for Evaluation.
  • Maintaining performance evaluation model.
  • Ensures compliance and monitors employee performance-based evaluation programs to ensure accountability and learning.
  • Collaborates and communicates regularly with staff regarding issues in their centers if any.
  • Conduct evaluation session.
  • Makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Participates on evaluation design.
  • Development of logical Monitoring and Evaluation model.
  • Finding supplier for learning management system and its implementation.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assign by management.
