Job Description

  • Freelancing knowledge.
  • Master Trainers will be designated to Train the Trainers for all the 36 districts.
  • To participate in the hiring of the respective domains of trainers with HR.
  • Conduct Train the Trainer Session and Communication Skills to the newly hired trainers.
  • Participating in the hiring of trainers of different domains along with HR Department.
  • Design and timely update Course Curriculum as per program requirements.
  • Update Course Curriculum according to feedback from trainers and management.
  • Participate in Monthly Evaluation sessions for all centers.
  • Video Evaluations of trainers as per requirements of the program.
  • Conduct awareness sessions in districts of Punjab.
  • Conduct course update training sessions as per requirements.
  • Timely attenad meetings with management
  • Lead the e-Rozgaar centers activities and monitor performance of trainers.
  • Evaluating performance of the trainers.
  • Work on enhancing trainers performance.
  • Work on freelancing partnership to develop echo system.
  • Work on community management.
  • Available for daily office work.
