Job Description

  • Program Manager will look after, improve, and standardize the operational systems, processes and policies across all EFOAS.
  • Manage internal correspondence across multiple wings within organization.
  • Formulate operational plans and insure smooth execution of plan.
  • Oversee operational planning. Manage staff, preparing work.
  • Schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.
