Job Description

  • Office work, positive attitude, MS Office skills, team management .
  • Co-ordinate with centers and other Department (Provincial Administration).
  •  Ensure Documentation and timely Resolution of issues.
  •  Act as Focal Person for the Project.
  •  Coordinate with different Department for Data/Information Collection / Placements as per Specified Formats.
  • Coordinate with Team to ensure all processes are inline.
  • To monitor the project and to ensure the timely generation of all project progress reports.
  • To find new centers for the opening of centers,
  • Liaising with the University/ College Management/Parent Institution.
  • MOU Signing and Launch of Centers
  • Center/Lab Preparation as per PC1 Standards.
  • Other administrative tasks as per management.
  • Documentation for the project inline.
  • Liaising with the relevant department for queries.
