Programme Officer

Job Description

  • To Co-ordinate with centers and other Department (Provincial Administration).
  • To ensure documentation and timely resolution of issues.
  • To act as focal person for the project.
  • To coordinate with different Department for Data/Information Collection / Placements as per Specified Formats.
  • Coordinate with team to ensure all processes are inline.
  • To monitor the project and to ensure the timely generation of all project progress reports.
  • To find new centers for the opening of e-Earn co-work spaces all over Punjab.
  • Liaison with the University/College Management/Partner Institution.
  • MOU Signing and Launch of Center.
  • Center/Lab preparation as per PC-1 Standards.
  • Other administrative tasks as per management.
