Job Description

  • Provide overall leadership to the project/Department.
  • Act as a driving force to ensure seamless and timely execution of the project.
  • Identify goals and objectives of the project teams and report regularly to Steering Committee.
  • Overall responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost.
  • Manage project team and devise a formal reporting mechanism for this designated team while giving visibility to higher ups.
  • Shall be incharge of financial matters/Audit related to the Project and shall act as a DDO4 of the Project.
  • To performed any other task related with project as assigned by The Secretary Labour & HR recruitment or by transfer/deputation from officers (BS-18/19).
  • Till the appointment of regular incumbent, a suitable officer of the Labour & HR department may be assigned additional charge of the post by Secretary Labour & HR Department.
  • Experience of managing public sector projects will be an added advantage 
  • Must be tech savvy with no hesitation to adopt new technologies and information systems. 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Define project outline for implementation and execution of the project.
  • To set milestones during the project life cycle.
  • To ensure the achievement of milestones.
  • To monitor the overall activity of the project.
  • To ensure that all components are synchronized and working together to form greater mechanism.
