Job Description

  • Responsible for overall delivery of the project.
  • Ensuring that optimal quality/standard are maintained by each corresponding roles.
  • Manage all the project stakeholders, and update the senior management on the project status.
  • Design & document all of the STP & non STP processes with minimalistic turnaround times.
  • Act as compliance agent for the development and operations of the platform.
  • Ensure that the Process, Data, System, and Technology Architectures are developed as per the set standards by regular meetings/ can calls.
  • Lead all sorts of interactions/negotiations, with regulator, payment gateway (s) and financial institutions, for running smooth operations, and up scaling the platform.
  • Collaborate with other government entities/industry to implement use cases, beyond the current scope.
  • Work with the regulator to increase the ADCs.
  • Coach and mentor the project team by conducting workshops/sessions on the domain knowledge.
  • Design comprehensive Technical Architecture, aligned to industry best practices, while including all the elements of a payments system. 
  • Taking decisions over phase wise strategic implementation of project.
  • Ensuring that the strategy/deliverables are free from any constraints.
  • Government rules and regulations are being followed throughout the program.
