Senior Programme Manager

Job Description

  • Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to Director General/Joint Director.
  • Overall responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost.
  • Manage Project Coordinators and Software Development Lead and Software Developers.
  • Devise a formal reporting mechanism for the designated team and give visibility to higher ups.
  • Manage relationship with client department(s).
  • Overall responsible for successful delivery of the assigned Projects/tasks.
  • Assist the Project Director in financial management of the Project and maintenance of all financial and administrative records.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by Project Director.
  • Measure the efficiency or productivity of a business process.
  •  Measure assets and resources invested in or used to generate goal-oriented results
  • Represents the trend for set of figures or statistics of important project aspects that can be measured, managed/controlled during the life cycle of a project
  •  Devise a formal reporting mechanism for the designated team
  • Review tender documents & execute procurement process.
  • Phase wise Monitor & manage Project activities with Joint Director.
