Job Description

  • To attend orientation and 'Train the trainer' session conducted by Master Trainers and HR for training in centers.
  • Prepare course outlines and update  course as per need.
  • Conduct daily classes as per the schedule for respective domains (Technical, Non-Technical Creative Design).
  • Make sure to have retention of class by engaging students with course content and knowledge.
  • Guiding students freelancing basics and proposal writing skills.
  • Creating online profiles of all students on freelancing portals.
  • Teaching different tools as per student domains.
  • Conducting class activities as per designed course.
  • Taking class quizzes and assignments.
  • Take makeup classes as per requirements.
  • Submitting a final report of success stories of students to the line manager at the end of each cycle/batch.
  • Give awareness sessions as per requirements from management.
  • Visit the head office for monthly evaluations and training.
  • Updating Master trainers for new tools for course curriculum.
  • Give awareness sessions as per requirements from management during applications online.
  • Conducting awareness  sessions when applications are open for e- Rozgaar centers.
  • Can move to other districts as per operational requirement.
  • Other tasks as per management.
